These terms govern your use of the GatherSignal website (gathersignal.io), our data deliverables, and our data tools. GatherSignal is operated by Aitor Sánchez Mansilla ("we", "us"). By using our website, tools, or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

GatherSignal provides business-intelligence datasets (such as ranked event-organizer lists) and data tools (such as keyword-research utilities). Deliverables and scope are as described at the time of purchase or in your order confirmation.

2. Acceptable use

• Use our data and tools in compliance with applicable laws, including data protection and anti-spam regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Datasets are licensed for your internal business use (for example, market research and business outreach). You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish our datasets without written permission.
• You are responsible for how you contact any person or business appearing in a dataset, including honoring opt-outs.

3. Data accuracy

Our datasets are compiled from publicly available information and delivered with care, but we do not guarantee that every record is complete, current, or error-free. Metrics described as estimates (for example, revenue estimates) are statistical approximations, not audited figures.

4. Payment & refunds

Prices, payment terms, and any refund conditions are stated at the time of order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are provided after payment.

5. Intellectual property

The GatherSignal name, logo, website content, and tool code are our property. Purchasing a dataset grants you a license to use it per section 2, not ownership of the underlying compilation.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
