GatherSignal is the event-industry intelligence layer for teams selling into — or building on top of — the live-event economy. Every active event organizer in your target city, ranked by estimated annual ticket revenue, with verified contact info — plus event listings, venue signals, and first-mover alerts from the same underlying research. Built for ticketing platforms, event-tech vendors, B2B SaaS, sponsorship marketplaces, and product teams that live in this category.
Top ten organizers from our latest Los Angeles research, ranked by estimated annual ticket revenue. Real names, real numbers — and the same format your free sample arrives in. The only difference: in the sample, the contact email and phone columns are blanked. Everything else (ranking, history, socials) is shown in full so you can verify our work before paying.
Email + phone shown redacted below — both unlocked in the paid report.

Estimates are ticket revenue only — sponsorship, F&B, bar tabs, and vendor fees are not included, so figures should be read as the ticketing-wallet floor of each organizer's total commercial size (clubs, markets, and large concert promoters typically run 2–5× larger when those streams are added). Each row ships with a central estimate, a low–high plausibility range, and a confidence label — so your BD team knows which to trust as outreach priorities versus which to verify first. The full report also includes contact email, phone, social handles, and payment-processor IDs where exposed — the contact channels are the only fields blanked in the free sample.
Nine things every customer gets — and the one thing we deliberately don't build.
Every organizer scored on annualized ticket revenue — the metric a CRO actually uses to decide who to pitch first.
Direct email where exposed, Instagram / TikTok / LinkedIn handles, agency website, payment-processor IDs.
Every organizer ships with a central revenue estimate plus a low–high plausibility range and a confidence label. Your BD team knows which rows are outreach priorities versus which to verify first — no guessing.
Stripe Connect IDs where exposed. Bridges organizer-the-page to organizer-the-payee — useful for AR, financing, or vendor-of-record checks.
Last-event date on every row. Sort or filter to surface orgs that hosted in the last 30 days; dormant orgs stay flagged so your team doesn't pitch ghosts.
Spreadsheet by default — one workbook per customer, monthly snapshots as tabs, bookmark once. CSV / JSON exports on Pro+; CRM integration (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) on Enterprise. No portal, no login.
Every refresh flags the organizers that just appeared in your target city — typically 5–20 net-new per week. Be first in their inbox before competitors find them. Pro+ tiers.
Density and momentum signals per venue and neighborhood — which clusters are growing, which are cooling, what ticket prices clear. For deciding where to launch your next event, opening a new location, or placing brand activations.
Slice to just the events your team works — nightlife, festivals, tech conferences, charity, business networking, fitness & wellness, and more. Same ranking, same contacts, only the rows that matter.
Try a single city for $999 — no subscription. Upgrade within 30 days and the $999 credits toward your first subscription month.
Custom data feeds, vertical-specific cuts, white-label deliveries, CRM integrations (HubSpot / Salesforce / Pipedrive), one-off research projects — anything beyond the tiers above is quoted per scope. Tell us what you're building and we'll come back with a scope + price within 48 hours.
Subscriptions are month-to-month, cancel anytime. Annual prepay = 20% off any recurring tier. Custom verticals (festivals only / nightlife only / charity only) priced per scope. Email us.
Monthly full snapshot is the default. Weekly refresh available on Pro+ tiers. Industry average is ~6 weeks between updates; monthly is already faster than what most BD teams have today and matches the cadence at which event activity meaningfully shifts.
Yes — that's the standard process. Pick your city above, get the top 50 ranked organizers in your inbox within 48 hours. Same format as the paid report; only contact email and phone are blanked so you can verify the ranking, revenue estimates, event history, and socials before paying. The paid version unlocks contact channels and ships the full list (typically 500–2,000+ organizers per city).
Effectively any major metro worldwide — North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Oceania, Africa, the Middle East. ~80 cities are live with native multi-platform coverage today; cities with active scenes outside that set are added in about a week with no extra setup fee. A few of our underlying sources have narrower geographic coverage (most-restrictive is US-only); for those, your sample request will confirm what's available in your city before you commit.
Fair concern — we're a small team. Customer contract includes a 30-day continuity clause: if we pause delivery, you keep the most recent dataset and we refund the prorated month. Data is stored in a managed Postgres with nightly backups, so even in the worst case your most recent snapshot is recoverable.
